At last we all cry… “The guitars are back”. Lot’s of them and the odd trashy synth riff as well. (It’s going well so far).
So who is reponsible for this bounty of stringed mellificence?
The Plagiarists are a five piece band from the outskirts of Minneapolis, Minn. High School mates Eric Wilson and Davis Wille formed the band along with Mikael Witte in September of 2004 after meeting at college and later on recruited other high school friends Blake Wergeland and Brendan Golle to join in on the fun.
So we have two electric guitars, bass, keyboard and drums, and a good ear for what makes a rock song work. Lots of reverb, a killer rhythm section, lots of catchy hooks, AND the guitars… dont forget the guitars.
I like this a lot.
Yummy indie rock. Another keeper I think. (Did I mention the guitars?)

fascinated by guitars, music, guitars, production, silly noises, guitars and used to be a musician. Did I mention the thing about the guitars?
