Podington Bear

OK, this is another of the “how did I miss this one” pieces.
Here’s the deal, an anonymous musician takes on a persona, a cartoon bear and then commits to release a brand new new electronic song via podcast three times a week for an entire calendar year.
Cool huh? I mean this so works for me, Duggup was inspired by Gran Robinson’s cc365 ( a creative commons song every day for a year) and I like bears and electronic music. It can’t miss EXCEPT that the last piece is due this week.
Here is what Mr/Ms. Bear has to say…
Hi folks.I don’t know if it’s possible to make music any more that you hear and say, “Oh that’s weird. I’m not sure if I like it, but I can’t stop listening to it”. That’s like my new mission, I think. My other new podcast (Sound of Picture) is great exercise for the weird part. (though it’s not that weird, really). Having a lot of fun and hoping you are too. This is a jam for those who don’t jive to the vibey stuff:
Totally P Bear.
It isn’t that weird really the music is intriguing and fun and brings a smile to your face and makes you think. Let’s face it that is way better than what passes for the news on the clock radio of a morning.
And there is an upside, all us late comers don’t have to wait to hear wait he does next.
